Please know our priority is member safety. DE420Vibes makes every attempt to keep all information private. We believe cannabis consumers are peaceful, but just in case, be aware we do have surveillance and security on-site, privacy comes second to safety. 

Violence will not be tolerated, your membership will be revoked. Delaware 420 Vibes is not liable for you, your belongings, your choices, or your actions.

• Adult use is permitted on private property. 

•Be Responsible 

•Stay inside club boundaries

•Stay 10' from the property line

•Know your tolerance, learn low and slow. 

•Don't take candy from strangers

•Do Not drive impaired 

•Do Not sleep in the driver's seat

•Do Not Litter 

•Do Not feed or disturb wildlife

•Do Not disturb shrubs, plants, or flowers

•Do Not Pick Flowers

•Do Not Climb Trees

•3' Personal space (arm passing length)

•Stay on Paths and Walkways

•See something say something

•Don't walk away from someone in distress.  

•Help when needed, call the office, or 911

YOU MUST BE 21 BY DELAWARE LAW TO OBTAIN AND USE RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA. FEDERALLY YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO CROSS STATE LINES WITH MARIJUANA. DELAWARE LAW YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO MAKE A PROFIT FROM SHARING MARIJUANA.
